Limited Warranty

Import Fence Direct Inc warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.

Warranty coverage and duration may vary by product. Please refer to the specific product page for warranty details applicable to your purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, you must provide:

Proof of purchase
Photos clearly showing the product condition and defect

Warranty claims cannot be processed without this information. Customers are responsible for retaining these records.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including but not limited to:

Improper stitching
Faulty grommets
Premature fraying or material deterioration under normal use

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:

Normal wear and tear, including stretching, color fading, or material aging over time
Exposure to UV rays, which may naturally cause fading and material degradation
Improper installation, improper storage, misuse, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
Additional costs associated with installation, including labor or service fees
Theft, loss of product, or vandalism

In addition, the warranty will be void if damage results from any of the following:

Damage caused by landscaping or gardening equipment, chemicals, corrosive substances, or exposure to high-pressure or high mineral-content water
Damage caused by environmental conditions, including sandstorms, saltwater exposure, salt spray, or immersion
Damage caused by pets, animals, or other external factors unrelated to manufacturing defects
Damage caused by high winds, including gusts of 40 mph or greater, regardless of duration
Damage caused by plants or vegetation growing on or in contact with the product, including tree sap
Any alteration or modification to the product, including on-site cutting, taping, or unauthorized changes
Damage resulting from improper installation, including failure to properly secure the product
Acts of God or events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe storms, hurricanes, tornadoes, flooding, lightning, hail, earthquakes, or other natural disasters

This warranty is valid only under normal weather and usage conditions.

Warranty Resolution

This limited warranty provides coverage from the original date of purchase. Upon approval of a valid warranty claim,Import Fence Direct Inc will determine the appropriate resolution at its sole discretion, which may include:

Repair of the product
Replacement of the product
Issuance of a pro-rated credit

We reserve the right to inspect the product to determine the validity of any claim. This may require the original purchaser to return the product.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,Import Fence Direct Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or savings
Damage to other equipment or materials
Costs resulting from product failure or inability to use the product

In no event shall our liability exceed the original purchase price of the product, not to exceed the current listed price, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

Shipping Policy for Warranty Claims

For certain regions, including but not limited to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, customers may be responsible for up to 50% of shipping costs related to warranty service. Please contact customer service for details regarding your location.
