Shipping and Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of products are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom sized fabric on any kind sold by www.windscreen4less.com 
  • Any clearance or sale item.


We offer free shipping. 30 days return period counting from the day customer received.. Other Shipping cost except ground shipping offered by us will not be refunded.

All returns are subject to inspection by windscreen4less.com.  We only credit products that are unused and undamaged and in re-sellable condition.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Free Shipping (Continental United States only)

Orders that qualify for this free shipping offer can only be delivered to locations in the Continental United States. (Sorry, but this offer is not for recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I. etc.)





Return & Refund shipping fees that we are held responsible for:

A. Our measurement is wrong;

B. Faults on in our fabric or sewing works;

C. Customer did wrong measurement following the procedure provided by us


Attention: If for any reason you are not satisfied, all items can be returned for a full refund or an exchange if it is within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. After 30 days only an exchange is permitted.


Return Procedure:

1) Securely package our products either in a box or plastic bag

2) Print and attach the shipping label we provided on the outside of the package

2) Send the package to the correct carrier, as shipping label shows. *For example, if we provide you with a UPS shipping label, you have to deliver your return package to the UPS station. Other stations will not accept your package.

3) After we receive your return package(s), a quality check will be done and we will then resend item(s) if needed.

Note: You can return part of your item(s) in the package; your resent product(s) will be shipped regular ground service, unless expedited shipping is requested.


Exchanges and circumstances when customer must pay for return shipping:

A. Customer did the wrong measurement not following the procedure provided by us;

B. Customer no longer needs it or changed their mind

1) Package our product securely in a box or plastic bag.

2) Take the package to a carrier of your choice (i.e. FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.)

3) Fill in the form with the receiver's name and shipping destination we provided in our store.

3) After we have received your return package(s) and done the quality check we will reship your item(s).

Note: You can return part of your item(s) in the package; your resent product(s) will be shipped regular ground service, unless expedited shipping is requested.


Exchange or Refund not accepted

A. Customer damaged their item themselves due to improper usage (for example, installing next to a fire/chemical hazard or cutting/tearing the product themselves)

Note: In these cases, we do not accept any return or refund request;


Exchange or Refund for customize products

For any customize products, due to the fact that custom products are specialized and cannot be reused or resold, we may charge you a production fee if A. you don't need it or B. you did wrong measurements without following our procedure. You will get a full refund if these customized items have A. fabric fault, B. Sewing fault or C. deviation larger than the measure in product description.



For fence screens:

*Our fence screens are made by fit sizes. For actual size, it may 4-6 inches less for height and up to 1 feet less for length to fit the fence panels. If you have further questions about the size please contact us.


For sun shade sails:

*Our custom sun shade sails are made case-by-case and cannot be resold so please pick your size carefully.

*Our sun shade sails have curves on each side to enhance pull strength and prevent drooping on the sides. Due to the curved sides on sun shade sails, the product may have 1-6 inches deviations on side length. For our hand-made products, deviations of 2 inches more or less is not uncommon. Thus, any deviations between 0 and 8 inches are acceptable for our products.

*Due to curves, please keep in mind that our sun shade sails will be 4-6 inches shorter in middle width.

1. Attention: These Sun Shade Sails and Fence Screens are manufactured with quality materials and provide privacy and UV protection from the sun. Please anchor structure properly. If you have any questions, please call the customer service number 626-715-4837.


2. Danger: Choose the location carefully. Keep away from electrical wires. Check for overhead utility lines, tree branches, or other structures. DO NOT hang objects from the sail, fence screen, or support cables.


3. Caution: Use CAUTION when setting up the shade sail and/or fence screens. Always use safety goggles during installation. Ensure all mounting points are structurally sound and all hardware is secured tightly during installation. Inspect regularly. Avoid exposure to aggressive chemicals (e.g. chlorine), as it may result in premature breakdown of the fabric. Keep fire and open flames away from the sail and/or fence screen.


4. Proper Anchoring and Removal of the Product is the Responsibility of the consumer. We are not responsible for damage to the unit or the contents from acts of nature. Any structure that is not installed securely has the potential to fly away causing damage, and is not covered under the warranty. Fence screens not taken down during severe weather conditions have the potential to be damaged or cause damage, and such instances are not covered under the warranty. Periodically check the anchors/ties to ensure stability.


NOTE: Sun Shade Sails and/or fence screens can be quickly removed and stored prior to severe weather conditions. If strong winds or severe weather is forecasted, removal of the shade sail and/or fence screen is recommended.



windscreen4less Inc. replacement parts and accessories are available from the factory, including anchoring kits and fabrics. All items are shipped from our factory direct to your door.
